1. Is reserved parking available at The Mount Sinai Health System?

Reserved parking is only available at the Mount Sinai Hospital. The parking garage is located at 1292 Park Ave.

2. How do online reservations work?

Online reservations are available for the Mount Sinai Hospital at 1292 Park Avenue.

 

  1. Scan QR code at entry lane. When entering the parking facility, scan your QR code to get your ticket.
  2. Take your ticket and park. Take your parking ticket and choose a spot.
  3. Insert ticket at exit before your reservation expires. At the end of you visit, insert your ticket at the exit. It’s important you exit before your reservation expires, or you will be charged an additional fee.

Please note that reserved parking does not give you a specific parking space, but guarantees you a spot in the parking facility. You may have to leave your key with the attendant.

3. What are the operating hours?

The operating hours for Mount Sinai Health System hospitals differ from parking lot to parking lot. Before arriving, please review the operating hours of where you plan to park for a seamless parking experience.

Visitor Garage: Open 24 hours daily, 7 days a week. The visitor garage is located at 1292 Park Avenue on 99th Street between Madison and Park Avenues.

East 103rd Lot: Open from 5 am to 9 pm weekdays, closed Saturday and Sunday. The East 103rd Lot is located at 14 East 103rd Street between Madison and Fifth Avenues.

4. Does Mount Sinai Parking offer self-park or valet garage parking?

At Mount Sinai Hospital, our parking locations offer guests a variety of valet services to fit their specific parking needs.

Visitor Garage: Offers self-parking with valet options. The visitor garage is located at 1292 Park Avenue on 99th Street between Madison and Park Avenues.

East 103rd Lot: Offers valet parking services for visitors of Mount Sinai Hospital Monday through Friday. The East 103rd Lot is located at 14 East 103rd Street between Madison and Fifth Avenues

5. Is there bicycle parking at the Mount Sinai Hospital?

We offer bicycle parking at the visitor garage, and East 103rd Street Parking Lot.
